To ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness guidelines, we are unable to accept returns. No exceptions.  

 

what is your processing time?

Your order ships next business day due to all lashes being on hand. Normal shipping can take up 2-3 business days. We cannot control and is not responsible for any delays or errors made by mail couriers. Orders are typically sent out via Priority Mail. 

 

For our robes, processing time takes up to 3 weeks. Our robes are custom made to each customer and it takes time to perfect these luxurious robes that are custom made to your specific measurements.

what is your refund policy?

To ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness guidelines, we are unable to accept returns, thus all sales are final and cannot be refunded. If you provide an insufficient shipping address, we are not responsible for the error additional shipping fees to rectify your error. Please ensure your address is correct, and if applicable, provide your unit or apartment number otherwise the package cannot be delivered to your apartment complex. No exceptions.

why is processing time for robes up to 3 weeks?

Our robe processing time takes up to 3 weeks. Our robes are custom made to each customer. Our order volumes are high and it takes time to perfect these luxurious robes that are custom made to your specific measurements. If you ordering for a specific event, we suggest ordering a month ahead.

what do I do if my package was lost or stolen?

After we drop your package(s) to the mailing center, we are no longer liable. We are also not responsible for missing or stolen packages. Should you encounter this issue, please contact your local courier's customer service/post office and provide tracking information. You can also request GPS coordinates to confirm where your package was last left. 

If you are still wanting your lost or stolen items, you will need to place a new order.

If you provide an insufficient shipping address, we are not responsible for the error additional shipping fees to rectify your error. Please ensure your address is correct, and if applicable, provide your unit or apartment number.

In the event that a shipment is refused by delivery recipient, is undeliverable, or is returned to sender, we will process a refund to the original payment method used. This refund is for the amount of the product itself and does not include shipping charges incurred.

how do I clean my lashes?

Remove excess glue on lash band with fingers or tweezers and rinse carefully with warm water. You can brush your lashes with a lash brush if you desire. Let your lashes air dry and then they'll be back to new. You can also purchase our vegan lash cleanser to ensure your eyelashes stay in top tier shape!

how do I apply my lashes?

• Gently remove lashes from the tray.

• Hold the lash strip against your eyelid and trim the ends if the band is too wide. 

• Apply a thin amount of lash glue along the band and wait about 30 seconds or until the glue becomes a tacky consistency.

• Place the lash band as close to your lash line as possible and hold until it is secure on your eyelid.

• Store your eyelashes in the original packaging in order to preserve the shape and integrity of your lashes. 

 

I am new to lashes, what do you suggest I buy?

If you are new to lashes and not sure what to try first, we suggest shopping our "Mink Collection" or our "Silk Collection". These collections are full of 30+ different natural options that give you the volume of wearing lashes without the extended 25mm+ lengths. The lashes in these collection are 8mm-18mm which are known to be more of natural length. ​

how many times can I reuse my lashes?

Lashes can be used up to 25+ times with proper care.

I wear glasses, do you offer any eyelashes I can wear with my glasses on?

Yes! We suggest shopping our "Mink Collection" or our "Silk Collection". These collections are full of 30+ different natural options that give you the volume of wearing lashes without the extended 25mm+ lengths. The lashes in these collection are 15mm-22mm which are known to be more of natural length and will fit with your glasses on.

what is your company doing in response to covid-19?

We are sure to sanitize all products before packaging on ALL shipments. Dominique Marie Co. also practices proper sanitation, social distancing and safety guidelines recommended by the CDC.

My product is labeled the queen prototype?

We recently changed our business name. Products will start having the new name and logo imprinted once inventory runs out.
